Wrabel Brothers Construction Ltd.
Drew Atkinson began his career with Wrabel Brothers Construction Ltd. as a summer student in 1998, became a full-time Red Seal Certified Carpenter in 1999, and in 2021 became a partner in the company.
As Project Manager, he oversees custom homes, commercial renovations, and restaurant projects including McDonald's and Tim Hortons, while managing a team of 25–30 employees and supporting their apprenticeships.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys snowboarding, hiking, golf, and powerlifting.
Wrabel Brothers Construction has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2012.
Malcolm Homes Ltd.
Paul Douglas is the Owner and President of Malcolm Homes Ltd. A Red Seal journeyman carpenter, he has spent the past 25 years building custom homes in Kamloops and the surrounding area. As a NetZero certified builder, Paul is passionate about creating high-performance, exceptionally crafted homes.
He is committed to supporting his peers in the industry and was recognized with the Hand Shake Award in 2017, given to the builder who engaged the most CHBA Central Interior members in a year. Paul looks forward to continuing to work alongside other professionals and advocating for the industry.
Malcolm Homes Ltd. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2010.
A&T Project Developments Inc.
Brandon serves as Partner and Vice President of Construction at A&T Project Developments Inc., where he oversees all construction operations, including project estimating, scheduling, permitting, and development approvals. He manages and evaluates Project Managers, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and construction personnel, ensuring that equipment and materials are in place to keep projects on schedule while maintaining a safety-first workplace.
Brandon has successfully directed numerous commercial and leasehold improvement projects, spanning hotels, retail, recreation, office, industrial, and residential developments in the region. A Certified Red Seal Carpenter and Accredited Project Manager, he credits his mentors with instilling a strong attention to detail and a commitment to an honest work ethic—values he upholds at A&T.
A&T Project Developments Inc. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 1994.
Brendan Shaw Real Estate Ltd.
Brendan Shaw is a Kamloops-based real estate professional, managing broker, and founder of Brendan Shaw Real Estate (BSRE). Licensed since 2006, he specializes in residential, commercial, and investment properties and is known for his client-focused, honest approach. With over 20 years of experience, Brendan has made a strong impact on the local community.

Bernhardt Contracting Ltd.
Jordan Lester Started his career in 2002 in the construction industry and has worked primarily in the renovation space until discovering his love of building science while pursuing his residential builders license. Jordan has been consulting as an energy advisor since 2020., he now applies his extensive knowledge and resources to guide environmentally responsible and energy-efficient building decisions. In addition to his roles at Bernhardt Contracting, Jordan is committed to advancing industry best practices through education, while advocating for clear, consistent, and practical application of building codes and energy-efficiency standards.
Tri City Canada
Shaun Minten began his construction career in 2006 as an Estimator and Junior Project Manager with Tri City Contracting Ltd., gaining experience in bid bond projects. In 2009, he started his own company, Tri City Contracting Kamloops Ltd., which later became Desert City Contracting Ltd., focusing on commercial concrete formwork. Over eight years, Desert City successfully completed projects across BC, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories. As president, Shaun oversaw all aspects of the business, from project administration and estimating to site layout and hands-on work.
In 2016, Shaun and his business partner launched Interior Concrete Finishing Ltd. to provide a complete concrete package from forming to finishing. In 2018, he sold his shares in both companies and returned to Tri City to lead construction operations. He is now Vice President of Tri City Canada.
Tri City Canada has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2017.
DW Builders
Wayne Wittal is the President and Partner of DW Builders, a family business he proudly took over in 2022 from his father, Doug Wittal, who served as CHBA Central Interior President in 1992–1993, 1997–1998, and 2007–2009.
DW Builders has been a trusted general contractor in the Kamloops region since 1980, completing countless residential and commercial projects. Wayne earned his Red Seal in carpentry in 2011 and is a licensed residential home builder with 25 years of experience, having worked in every aspect of the construction process.
DW Builders has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 1988.
