Wrabel Brothers Construction Ltd.
Drew Atkinson began his career with Wrabel Brothers Construction Ltd. as a summer student in 1998, became a full-time Red Seal Carpenter in 1999, and became a partner in the company in 2021.
As a Project Manager, Drew oversees custom homes, commercial renovations, and restaurant projects throughout the region, including McDonald's and Tim Hortons locations. He manages a team of 25–30 employees while supporting apprenticeship training and workforce development within the construction industry.
Wrabel Brothers Construction Ltd. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2012.

Malcolm Homes Ltd.
Paul Douglas is the Owner and President of Malcolm Homes Ltd. A Red Seal Carpenter, he has spent the past 25 years building custom homes in Kamloops and the surrounding area. As a Net Zero certified builder, Paul is passionate about creating high-performance, exceptionally crafted homes.
Committed to supporting both the residential construction industry and fellow builders, Paul was recognized with the CHBA Central Interior Hand Shake Award in 2017, presented to the builder who engaged the most CHBA Central Interior members in a year. He continues to advocate for industry excellence through his involvement with the Association.
Malcolm Homes Ltd. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2010.

A&T Project Developments Inc.
Brandon serves as Partner and Vice President of Construction at A&T Project Developments Inc., where he oversees construction operations, including estimating, scheduling, permitting, and development approvals. He manages project teams, coordinates resources, and ensures projects remain on schedule while maintaining a strong safety-first approach.
Brandon has successfully directed a wide range of commercial and residential projects throughout the region, including hotels, retail, recreation, office, industrial, and leasehold improvements. He is a Certified Red Seal Carpenter and Accredited Project Manager and credits his mentors with instilling in him a strong attention to detail and an honest work ethic.
A&T Project Developments Inc. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 1994.

Brendan Shaw Real Estate Ltd.
Brendan is the Managing Broker and founder of Brendan Shaw Real Estate Ltd., where he specializes in residential, commercial, and investment real estate throughout the Kamloops region. Licensed since 2006, he is known for his client-focused approach, market knowledge, and commitment to helping clients navigate real estate decisions with confidence.
A graduate of Thompson Rivers University, Brendan studied Business Administration before obtaining his Trading Services License through the UBC Sauder School of Business. With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, he has built strong relationships within the development, construction, and business communities throughout the region.
Brendan Shaw Real Estate Ltd. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2017.
Brendan has served on the CHBACI Board of Directors as a Presidential Appointee since 2025.
Bernhardt Contracting Ltd.
Jordan Lester Started his career in 2002 in the construction industry and has worked primarily in the renovation space until discovering his love of building science while pursuing his residential builders license. Jordan has been consulting as an energy advisor since 2020., he now applies his extensive knowledge and resources to guide environmentally responsible and energy-efficient building decisions.
In addition to his roles at Bernhardt Contracting, Jordan is committed to advancing industry best practices through education, while advocating for clear, consistent, and practical application of building codes and energy-efficiency standards.
Bernhardt Contracting Ltd. has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2018.
Tri City Canada
Shaun Minten began his construction career in 2006 as an Estimator and Junior Project Manager with Tri City Contracting Ltd., gaining experience in commercial construction and project management. In 2009, he founded Tri City Contracting Kamloops Ltd., later known as Desert City Contracting Ltd., specializing in commercial concrete formwork. Over the next eight years, the company successfully completed projects throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories.
In 2016, Shaun co-founded Interior Concrete Finishing Ltd. to provide a complete concrete package from forming to finishing. After selling his ownership interests in 2018, he returned to Tri City to lead construction operations and now serves as Vice President of Tri City Canada. Shaun is also Vice President of Venture Kamloops, contributing to economic development and business growth initiatives within the community.
Tri City Canada has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 2017.

DW Builders
Wayne Wittal is the President and Partner of DW Builders, a family business he proudly took over in 2022 from his father, Doug Wittal, who served as CHBA Central Interior President in 1992–1993, 1997–1998, and 2007–2009.
DW Builders has been a trusted general contractor in the Kamloops region since 1980, completing countless residential and commercial projects. Wayne earned his Red Seal Carpenter certification in 2011 and is a Licensed Residential Builder with more than 25 years of experience, having worked in every aspect of the construction process.
DW Builders has been an active member of CHBA Central Interior since 1988.
